What this site is

Pentalaunch is a web interface that helps you compose a transaction addressed to the Pons launchpad, deployed on Robinhood Chain. The site never holds your funds, never stores a private key, and never acts on your behalf: every transaction is signed by your own wallet, under your sole responsibility.

No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not published, endorsed or supported by Pons, by Robinhood Markets, or by any of the companies whose tokenised shares may serve as a paired asset. Company names and ticker symbols are used solely to identify the tokens concerned.

Risks

Tokens created through this kind of launchpad are highly speculative. Losing everything you put in is a common outcome, not an extreme scenario.
The launchpad contracts are the work of a third party. We do not guarantee their security, their availability, or their future behaviour.
The owner of the Pons protocol holds the power to redirect the fee recipient of any launch, after a three-day delay. This power is documented in their contract and lies entirely outside this site's control.
Buys made in the first seconds of a launch are taxed at up to 99 %.
A transaction sent to a blockchain is final. No cancellation, no refund and no recourse is possible.

Published metadata

The name, symbol, description, image and all five links are written into the token's contract at creation. The contract provides no function to change them: this information is public and permanent. Uploaded images are pinned to IPFS, a public network where complete removal of content cannot be guaranteed.

You alone are responsible for what you publish. You must not use this site to distribute unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, content inciting hatred or violence, to impersonate a person or a brand, or to defraud third parties.

Moderation

We may refuse an image upload, remove content from our hosting, and block access, at any time and without notice. This power does not extend to the blockchain: once a token is created, its metadata is permanently beyond our control and yours.

Fees

The Pons protocol charges its own launch fee, shown at all times in the header. If this site applies an additional fee, its amount appears in the summary before you sign anything. No amount is ever charged without being displayed beforehand.

Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, or a financial recommendation. We are not a regulated financial services provider. Do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a professional.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss of funds, loss of profit, service interruption, or any indirect damage arising from use of this site or of the third-party contracts it gives access to.

Data

We require no account and collect no personal data. Your wallet address is handled in your browser. Uploaded images pass through our IPFS pinning service. The hosting provider's technical logs may contain IP addresses, for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
